FMCG - HR Supervisor (Bursa)


We are looking for a "HR Supervisor" for our multinational client operating in FMCG sector. 
  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Exposure to CoE processes e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
  • Leading / managing change in organisations
  • Experience of working in a Factory environment with exposure to Industrial Relations
  • Performance management / people development / coaching experience
  • Line Management experience
  • Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred 


  • Execute actions that support the People plan 
  • Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit  
  • Contribute to the organisational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Company Leadership Principles
  • Support leaders to deliver team organisational development and capability needs
  • Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
  • Support the talent review/calibration in customer unit, to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle
  • Implement customer unit succession planning / talent management plans that support business goals
  • Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels
  • Coach others to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” principles/policies/strategies
  • Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation
  • Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Company Management and Leadership Principles and Corporate Business Principles
  • Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices)
  • Educate the business to ensure Line Managers and Employess understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions
  • Collaborate with CoE and CoS to ensure iniatitves and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans
  • Lead recruitments in several functional areas:  advise Line Manager on recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process, lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates,manage offers to candidates, together with the hiring unit
  • Design development options (training, coaching, mentoring etc.)
  • Coordinate all relevant training processes
  • Manage budget details by tracking expenses
