•University graduate in either Science (preferably from life sciences) or Business (i.e. Business Administration, Engineering); MBA preferred
•At least 3-5 years of work experience in marketing; experience in oncology is preferred
•Strategic-minded, analytical, researcher, quality-oriented, self-starter, customer oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team work
•Experience in understanding and developing market analyses, building business cases, Launch experience preferable
•Literacy in social media, digital activities
•Fluency (Advanced Level) in both written and spoken English is essential
•Develop marketing strategies and activities according to meet product profitability and sales targets with continuously monitoring sales and budget.
•Determine communication strategies according to new and fast changing oncology environment and prepare tools for the customer facing colleagues and HCP's to deliver these messages.
•Prepare the market for new launches with pre-launch activities and KOL management to ensure product positioning is in line with global and regional strategies as well as seeking for local opportunities.
•Fulfill the market and stakeholder needs in line with products' strategies by exchanging ideas with regional managers and medical sales representatives in order to take various opportunities in the market.
•Ensures that the P&I spending stay in line with the budget by continuously monitoring the spending in monthly basis and reporting to controlling.
•Monitors all agreed KPI for selected Marketing Activities (esp. Digital) and takes corrective action to ensure fulfillment of strategy and achievement of objectives.
•Ensures cross functional team work including sales, medical, market access, regulatory affairs, business support to get ready for new launches of the products by organizing the team meetings and aligning product strategies for all functions.
•Continuously monitors the market and competitive activities to be ready and react with action via sales reps and double visits to the field.
•Ensures that product concepts and projects are developed in accordance with the product strategies and manages agency relations in this respect
