We are looking for a ‘Human Resources Specialist’ for our business partner in Cement industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from related departments of universities,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Career Management, Organizational Development and other HR processes,
- Knowledge of recruitment trends,
- Organized, proactive, and creative
- High self-awareness and learning agility
- Eager to learn and teamwork oriented,
- Efficient time management and result-oriented skills ,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Good command of MS Office programs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning talent acquisition process
- Finding and recruiting the competent candidate to create added value for the company,
- Preparing reports and analyzes of HR processes,
- Identifying internal and external talent pools, improving communication and expanding communication network,
- Following up exit interview process,
- Supporting employee engagement and branding activities
- Carrying out university internship programs,
- Managing orientation process,
- Measuring HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
